Very warm and supportive staff. They were obviously proud to be part of the organization.Situated in a beautiful area of the countryside outside Udud, but did not feel isolated. There are sufficient activities, both physical and sedentary(including pampering) to entertain, but also frequent shuttles to Ubud if desired, or taxis at any time.
